As a prestigious brand that has already won the hearts – and the palates – of fourteen cities around the world, Zuma chose the Palm Beach for its first establishment in France. This internationally renowned restaurant celebrates contemporary Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting and a festive atmosphere, transporting senses to the other side of the world.

Refined Japanese atmosphere

Every evening from 6pm, the restaurant comes alive on the West-facing terrace, in the magnificent interior hall and in the private dining room. Punctuating the ballet of refined japanese plates, daily DJ sets recall the parties of the Palm Beach’s golden age.

Located on the second floor of the Palm Beach, with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Cannes and the Estérel, Zuma stands out for its sleek and timeless architecture, mastering the art of Feng Shui – and highlighting the harmony of natural elements such as the iconic stone tables and wood. The large terrace is designed according to the Japanese technique of Shakkei (literally “borrowed landscape”), blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The retractable sail of the terrace allows dining under the stars in a warm atmosphere. Inside the restaurant, felted stools in graphic prints encircle the sculpted, Japanese-inspired bar. The open kitchen, sushi counter and robatayaki (iconic charcoal grill) celebrate the Japanese tradition that is Zuma’s strength around the world.

Izakaya food concept

Inspired by the traditional izakaya concept (居酒屋), a Japanese tapas bar, sharing plates succeed each other on solid wood tables. On the menu, Zuma’s signature dishes such as sliced Otoro served with smoked tomato dashi and ossetra caviar, Sansho pepper beef tartare, numerous plates of lobster, black cod, or a refined selection of sashimi, tempura, nigiri, and tataki. And for the enthusiasts, the two tasting menus showcase prestigious ingredients such as wagyu beef and white truffle.
