THE RENAISSANCE OF AN EMBLEMATIC BUILDING
The spirit of the project is primarily to preserve and completely renovate this iconic building that is part of the city’s landscape and heritage, and to highlight the Hispano-Moorish and Art Deco architecture of the original construction from the 1930s.
To revive the legend of Palm Beach between tradition and modernity while preserving its soul and history.
After the renovation and development work, Palm Beach will offer high-end entertainment establishments: Zuma, Nammos Beach Club, La Petite Maison, the Palm Beach Pool by Nammos, Medusa Cabaret Restaurant, the Casino, the Tamarin restaurant, the Italian restaurant, the event hall, luxury boutiques..

The project was assembled by Cannes professionals whose work is internationally recognized, all passionate about the city and Palm Beach. Among them, architect Renaud d’Hauteserre (Majestic hotel extension, Dior building), the architectural firm Caprini & Pellerin and Hervé Meyer, a landscaper and disciple of Jean Mus. They all collaborated on the project with their ‘savoir-faire’, upholding a refined and passionate approach while drawing inspiration from the soul and strong historical imprint of the location.
